My biggest oak tree decided to break off at about 6 ft. at 1:15 in the morning. It came down with a crash into the pool missing most of the large potted plants around it. The 3 large Staghorn Ferns that were hanging in the tree were not crushed but were damaged. A large Philodendron and a Giant Bird Of Paradise were injured. This Oak provided much shade for the tropical plants and will cause so disorder in the yard. The good part is no serious damage and no injuries, the other good part is not the pool will get FULL Sun.
